Yes, By ordering online, it allows your jobs to get put right into our system. There’s no waiting for emails or quotes going back and forth before processing your order. By using our online system, it drastically reduces turnaround times.

You can go to our products and request a quote on your specifications. We’ll get back to you letting you know whether it’s possible or not with a price.

It means that your job will be put right into our production queue before our daily cut off time. To be put into our production queue, the job needs to be paid for in full and cleared, or deposit taken and cleared (Depending on the type of account you have)

It is quicker and easier to order online as it goes directly to our system. Sending an order though email will take longer to process.

Some quick tips:
 

• 3m bleed on all edges + 3mm safe zone.
• No crop or registration marks.
• All fonts to be flattened or outlined.
• All files should be 150DPI or higher.
• CMYK or RGB files are okay with us. We do prefer CMYK for better colour accuracy.

You can go to “request a quote” and let us know what you’re after. We’ll do our best to help you out.

Yes, we can colour match pantone. We use our spectrophotometers to achieve the closest match possible.

Wide format printing / Large format printing is a type of process for printing on to roll stocks such as papers and vinyls.

Flatbed printing is a printing process where we print directly onto rigid substrates.

All of our current printing equipment are digital UV printers

Smaller / medium sized jobs (sub $1000) can take 1 business day to complete. Larger jobs, or jobs that require extra finishing steps will take anywhere from 2 business days or more. There are circumstances where jobs can take longer if we’re running over capacity.

Our recomended way to upload files to us is to upload the file directly to your job.

To upload your files, Go to My account - My Orders and press the "upload artwork" button.
From here you can upload your artwork and add any additional comments if needed.

Parcels are pickup once a day from our warehouse from each carrier. We choose the fastest and most reliable carriers depending on your product size, weight, and location.

Yes, All pickups are from our Laverton North warehouse in VIC. You can choose pickup or delivery when checking out.
