Large Format Clear Stickers (Stickers)

Stock:
Avery MPI 3000 (monomeric) - Permanent acrylic adhesive, 2 year outdoor rating. Used for shorter term promotional and general signage.

Avery MPI 2000 (polymeric) - Permanent acrylic adhesive, 7 year outdoor rating. Used arcitectual, transportation and general signage where exel;ent durability and some conformability are required.

Avery MPI 2040 (polymetric) – Gloss clear with pressure sensitive adhesive with an outdoor rating of up to 7 years. Used for longer term window graphis.

Print Colour:
CMYK - Matte: -This will appear translucent in the light with no solid background. Great for windows, glass and clear labels. Print may appear slightly darker or richer, which helps when stuck on windows with a light source
CMYK + White: This will allow the colours to appear solid by using white ink. This allows you to design with white ink and have white text.

Laminating:
We don’t offer laminating for our vinyls. As UVgel inks have a high abrasion and scratch resistant properties, we find there’s less of a need to laminate our vinyls for most applications.

Inks:
UVgel ink set. Rated for, upto 3 years outdoors unlaminated.

General Artwork Guidelines

• 3mm Bleed on all edges + 3mm safe zone. (40mm safe zone for banners)
• No crop or trim marks
• All fonts to be outlined
• PDF is highly recommended; TIFF & JPEG is also accepted.
• Artwork to be provided at 100% of the final size
• File name to include finished size and quantity: “Print01 – 600x900mm – qty10”

Artwork Guidelines for white ink:

Our white ink uses a spot channel called "Spot1" (case sensitive)

• Anything that's coloured with white ink needs to be on the TOP layer marked as "white ink"
• All white ink fills need to have "over print fill "on"" 
• All white ink fill and stroke need to have it's own swatches with the following settings:
  Swatch name: Spot1
  Colour type: Process Color
  Colour mode: CMYK
  Colours: Cyan: 99%, Magenta: 1%, Yellow, 99%, Black, 1% (not critical)

Artwork guidelines for Kiss Cut & Die cut products:

• 3mm bleed around the cut path
• Kiss cut path - place a RED stroke on a separate layer called “Kiss-Cut” (this goes around every sticker you want on the sheet)
• Die path - place a RED stroke on a separate layer called “Thru-Cut”
