We allow up to 3 revisions if the client is not happy with our positioning with the image 1.4.2 2 If the image you have chosen is too small, we will first use AI (artificial intelligent) software to enhance the image to see if it is adequate to be used. We will inform you whether if we have used this process to enhance your image or we will inform you if your image is too small or low of quality and cannot be used. 1.4.3 If you choose to use an image of low quality after we have informed you it is inadequate to be used, we will not take any responsibility for the image quality on the final printed product. 1.4.4 We ask our clients to choose their image while glass is being ordered to avoid delays. If client takes longer than a week after to choose an image after glass has been delivered to us, we will not be held responsible if glass gets damaged while waiting and is being moved around to accommodate other jobs. All jobs need to be processed in due course and therefore delays will only put that job at the back of the line and incur unnecessary charges ** 1.4.5 Geometric Shapes – In cases where image is spread across multiple pieces it is possible that some parts might appear to not line up. There are several factors that can cause this issue: – glass is not square (due to kitchen not being square) – bevelled edges can make it appear not straight. – uneven surfaces – Every effort is made to make it all work but, in some cases, it could prove to be difficult. 1.5 Ordering online 1.5.1 If the image does not fit the outlined product size, we will crop your image from the centre/All sides of the images will be cut off equally until it fits in the required size whether be the top and bottom or the sides. 1.5.2 We will not be held responsible if your image is not cropped the way you had anticipated 1.5.3 We will not be held responsible if the image quality/resolution looks poor and pixelated due to a small image 1.6 Other Media 1.6.1 Images that are sent must be at the correct size in including bleed (outlined in section 1.4)

We do not check/measure cut out locations as this is not our responsibility. 3.4 All glass is checked for scratches, marks, or damage upon arrival. However, some fine marks or scratches can become visible after graphics have been printed and nothing can really be done about them. 3.4.1 Rejected glass will get sent back and our client will be notified for the delay. 3.5 Glass imperfections 3.5.1 All glass is cleaned twice. This is due to the printing process as we need to apply an adhesion promotor which is also a cleaning agent. In this period, we can see hidden marks and blemishes in the glass from the manufacturing process. 99% of the time they do not show up after printing, we do not take any responsibility if they do show up. 3.5.2 For blemishes we are confident that will show up in the print, we will notify our client for a 2nd opinion. 3.5.3 For a circumstance that we are unaware of during the manufacturing of glass, if blood or other chemicals that we are unaware of get onto the glass that are not visible during or after cleaning and are visible after printing.
